Free Pregnancy Support for Black & Brown Mothers in NYC

Operation Safe Birth Inc. proudly introduces The Haven Program, a maternal health navigation and support program designed to help mothers feel supported, informed, and safe throughout pregnancy and postpartum.


Participants in The Haven Program may receive:

• Personalized care coordination

• Advocacy support for medical appointments

• Referrals to trusted community resources

• Free maternal care packages for eligible participants


Care packages may include pregnancy planners with symptom tracking, advocacy scripts, compression socks, and other supportive items. Contents vary based on trimester, availability, and participant need. This is a free program for eligible mothers.

Pilot enrollment is currently open with limited spots available. Applications take less than 3 minutes to complete.

Enrollment is based on eligibility, program availability, and capacity.
Participants may receive support throughout pregnancy and up to 12 weeks postpartum.
